after a second very careful look at this phone i want to be completly honest this phone has very slight hard to see surface scratches these do not affect the perfomance ofthis phone i also left one ringtone i bought on the phone crazy train from ozzy ozzbourn the phone is dead but i will charge it before sending it to the highest bidder with charger of course if you have questions dont hesitate to ask

no it has never been on contract just basic pre paid i used to have the 10 doller message bundle unlimeted verizon texts 250 non verizon texts a month but i am pretty sure they took that off when it expired
