Nice! Diapers are so expensive. The older the kid gets the fewer diapers you get and the more expensive.

I totally agree! I think it is dumb to give less when the size goes up. Offer the same in all sizes for the same price. My jumbo pack size 3 should be 30 diapers, why isn't my jumbo size 6 the same, I get 20! They take advantage of the fact people need these things and will pay whatever for whatever cause its needed. All about a dollar for them! Good luck should you bid :)

uh to be "helpful" would have been to message me with your concerns. These conditions were written due to an issue with a problem member here. These "conditons" are there to prove a point. I have NO problem getting my items out. I have several "repeat bidders/winners".

If more was done to help listers with "problem bidders", us listers wouldn't feel compelled to at least TRY to save their hide skins!

At any rate, in those same forums which you've linked...users can scroll around and find the thread where a moderator ALSO said and I quote "it depends on the terms listed, if they are unreasonable they won't be considered in a dispute. It depends" Meaning, they will read and evaluate and make decisions case by case.

I want to point out, Listia is great! A vast majority of the members are A+ but, there are a select few who make things difficult. For that reason, some are compelled to at least attempt to save themselves the headaches. Will it hold water? Up to Listia to decide.

To be frank, my conditions really aren't enforced, you know why? I write what I am/will do, I do just that and my communication is open and updated, always in touch. Those conditions are to hopefully sway someone from bidding who IS one of those members who would make things unpleasant :)
