Its legal tender and can spend it but it's worth more as a keepsake. The Santa picture is a sticker or stamp and can Peel it off but its beat to leave it. The envelope and dollar are in fantastic condition. No refunds. Must deliver address within a week.

Its in very good condition. There's a small "tear" on the envelope from, it looks like, tape being removed, most likely from the original gift time. Some coloring due to age and improper storage and minute dog earring on the envelope as well.
