This is an ivory miniature elephant I posted a picture as r to the size if it along with pictures if every angle. It's in mint condition other than if it was a necklace pendant at one time ( which I do not. Know for sure but the hole drilled out if tot on the the top backside I
Of the elephants head. This was once my grandmothers and I remember it as a kiddo I'm positive that it is st least 30 years old but in sure it older. Nice piece. Yes my grandmother said it was and she was very smart she earned two master degrees i her time from east Texas state university which is now Texas A&M of commerce. My opinion is definitely yes also.

Of course she is no longer with us to verify that any longer God bless her soul but I have no doubt it to be authentic and it came from Africa also.

Oh, how I want an elephant. I have an ivory rose, a boy got for my pendant. When I saw this, I am grateful. Hope to win!!!!!!!!!

If u heat a needle to red hot and try to pierce the ivory. If it goes into it its fake. If the red hot needle will not penetrate it then its authentic. Nice piece. I colllect elephants and just love this wether its real or not!!
