The listing, Vintage WWll Engineer Branch Disc has ended.

Some sort of uniform button. I did a little research as far as patent no. on the fasteners and it referenced back to the forties. I'm not sure what this 3 castle tower represents but it with other items that had significant value. I f you know anything about this button I'd appreciate if you would let me in on it!! This is a WWII era branch disc. It would be worn on the Class A dress uniform. The castle means the person who wore this served as an engineer.
