If you look at pictures 2, 3, & 4 you can tell that it works. Picture 1 is the only picture that I took with the mp3 off. Yes, it should have a charger that comes with it.

Of course it should have a charger , but the question was *** does it come with a charger ??? now , my question is does it come with the phillip mp3 software needed to use it ???

I am not sure if it came with a disc but I will check with my son. It was a Christmas gift to him from his father, so I never knew anything about it. He did tell me that it does have a charger that came with it. I will check on the disc and get back with you on it.

Otherwise its nothing more than a digital radio that is built into it ? Is it otherwise in proper working condition - meaning does it still charge properly and does the headphone plug have any issues preventing proper listening on this device ???

Ok, I found out that the MP3 player which happens to be a Phillips did not come with a disc. It is not a radio because music has been downloaded on it. The charger has another end that plugs directly into the computer so that you can download music. If anyone needs more pictures just ask, I don't mind at all.

Its an online software download to use for downloading and managing the device - it does have a radio - i have the exact same one - yes you have the music you prefer on it but if not given the access to the online software manager - it renders it useless other than use as a radio !!!
