They're made of super cute My LIttle Pony Ribbon and are sewn, not glued to the hair barrets. You should put them in your hair, whever ever you're hairest. Bronies with particularly hairy backs can be beautiful, with the help of my hairbows! WORLD PEACE WILL BE ATTAINED!
