I'm not sure how long I've had this but it's still sealed in new condition. Last time I considered adding highlights to my hair my beloved beauty assistant (hubby) got one whiff of the bleach screamed like a girl and ran like a boy hehe! So I've just stuck with the monochrome look =) I don't think Hot Topic even carries these anymore but seriously it's just your basic highlighter cap with the little metal hook you kinda crochet your hair strands out of these teeny holes, pretty painful if you don't have a friend to help and if you have long hair I wouldn't recommend this cap at all. For long hair there is actually a nice European made one just do a bit of web surfing you'll find it =)
