I figured near mind would be the condition. A common issue with holographics is the slight lifting with most cards. According to appraisers its not an issue and it doesn't effect the value of the card. I guess its where either the center or the sides of the cards lift ever so slightly (can kind of see it in the photo). The physical condition is flawless but I didn't wanna say mint because of that common issue. The card spent every bit of its life in a plastic sleeve inside of a top loader.
