No--if you look in the description you'll see that I disclosed it's open status, and I also stated that all 5 marines are still there. Also, one of the pics shows that it's open. thanks...

nope--sorry! It was an act of God that I found this. I was on my way todo laundry & when I looked in Dbay (the dumpster,i.e., our dumpster), and there it was along with movies, cd's, craft supplies etc..It was almost the best Dbay score ever! The best was a super high def lcd flat-screen Sylvania TV. I live close to a state university & students discard stuff when they leave that others might not--somebody up there likes me--amen? :)...

If I do, I'll let you know--thanks! One of my other auctions earned my first negative feedback. There is no other place where I can tell my side of the story. It was jewelry parts & findings. She complained about the smell--guess she's a non-smoker. She asked me for a refund, and I gave her one. She had the items & the credits, but that was still not enough. She said we could work it out, and I sort of lost it. I told her I would leave the site if she wanted, but she stopped answering messages. I worked two hours trying to delete myself--I don't think it's possible. I tried to delete my messages where I finally told her I hated her & promised to leave, but I couldn't do that either. She waited as long as possible before finally leaving negative feedback & closing the auction, so she could still communicate with me. Needless to say I blocked and flagged her, so I won't have that happen again. I decided I am not leaving. Anyway thanks for listening, and watch out for those free-loaders looking to get your stuff with petty complaints and threats of negative feedback. I can't smell, but can jewelry even have a smell? And if you smoke, live with a cat, or practice wicca, beware of those fanatics who plan to take away your rights in the name of making the world a better, healthier place.
