this is a straight talk Samsung phone, this takes the straight talk min you get at walmart and it DOES come with the sim card AND charger!! there IS a few things wrong with this phone....when you try to click on your contact list or messages it says its initializing please wait then never goes to either one of them, and it wont let you delete the saved wiifii connections.. everything else works fine, ive tried doing a hard restet on it and it wiped it out but still wont work, the battery is red so that might be the problem but im not sure on that. you are getting this phone AS IS!!! I have took plenty of pics so please SEE ALL PICS!! this IS a touch screen phone!!

this phone WILL makes calls and you CAN answer incoming calls, you CAN NOT send messages or look at incoming messages

this phone WILL get on the internet but you have to use the pre paid plan to use it, unless you can get it to delete the saved wifi connections list because that's one of this phones issues, but you will be able to use the net when you put min on it..
