This book: Imbalance, An Experimental Collection of Micro Stories and Poetry by Christine McGuigan (my maiden name) is considered by book collectors to be "rare". It is considered a rare book because it is a first edition that was published in limited quantity in 1998 by Easy Break, First Time Publishing (the company is no longer in business.)

64 pages. Contains a variety of poetry and micro stories.

Soft Cover.

This book received the Rose/Rosemary Zienteck 2000 Award from the Bayonne Writers’ Group for excellence and innovation in literature.

I want to tell you that these poems and stories were written in the 1990s when I was in my early to mid 20s. The world has indeed changed since that time; however, I do not regret writing & publishing this collection.

FYI to anyone who cares, I was just nominated for a Pushcart Prize for a short story of mine called "Tattooed Daisy". (This story is not included in this collection because it is not a micro story.
