RULES (I know you’ve heard them all before, but I just want to restate them here because I’m thorough)
1. Thanks for looking at my auction! See! I already like you!
2. If you receive your item and something is wrong with it from shipping, do not hesitate to let me know before you begin a dispute or leave bad feedback. I’d be happy to work with you to fix the issue.
3. I can’t put up GIN if there are bids on the auction already (also, I like the suspense of the auction, but if you have a really good reason for GIN, I might consider it)
4. You have 7 days to get me your Listia verified address so I can send your item (provided it is not electronic delivery or something). If you don’t do this in time, I keep your credits and re-list the item (Listia rules, not mine)
5. I have 7 days to send your item AFTER you get me your shipping info. I’m pretty quick normally though (3-5 days tops).
6. No buyer’s remorse please, no excuses for “accidental” bidding.
7. All items are from a smoke free home
8. If you leave a comment and tell me you fanned me, I’ll fan you back.
9. Please don’t advertise on my auction comment threads.
10. Be nice. Listia is supposed to be fun! If you get grumpy at me for something I’ll come back with a vengeance!!! (Just kidding, but really, I’ll block you). 
