Nana how can you report someone for selling something separately if they state that the items are not in this listing, if you don' like a listing don't bid but don't threaten people for something stupid like listing separate items or keeping certain items for themselves and listing the rest. OK, This might sound weird but, How do you Know it works when you don't have a charger? Also I trust Seeing something working ore then i do seeing it not working, are you just keeping the charger & pen for your next DSi? Get a pic of it working or I am just going to watch, Sorry....

nanasgals that is slightly excessive dont you think? since listia points will not change hands until the buyer clicks the "got it" button in the won auction...otherwise listia notifies you that the points will get transferred automatically but if you dont get your item by then you click the "things not going well? click here to request a refund" area/button so regardless as long as you fight it the credits do not go anywhere. just sayin'.
