On the back it says BCNGMAXAZRIA retail stores. It does say excluding Thousand Oaks, CA & Sioux Falls, SD. It's a little unclear because it doesn't say outlets are excluded. I have an outlet about 2 hours from me in Carlsbad. I'll try getting in touch with them to see if they will accept it. Thanks for asking & let me know if there are any more questions!

Sorry, that is frustrating. It just means someone else is willing to bid more credits than you enter. Try bidding the maximum amount of credits that you can spend on the auction you really, really want.

I just wanted to follow up & let everyone know I've been calling the BCBG outlet to see if they will honor this certificate at their store, but they either don't answer, or put me on hold & forget about me. Thanksgiving & black Friday aren't helping :( really sorry I can't get a straight answer, but I don't see why you wouldn't be able to try at your local outlet.

Okay their store is called FinalCut BCBGMaxAzria at my outlet mall and they are calling me back to let me know if it can be used there. I sure hope it can b/c I just bid pretty high, lol.
