I'm sorry, but I have to say no! The only reason the starting bid is set that way is because that is the least amount I would want to receive for this since this is a new/never used item i bought a while back and I also pay s/h with tracking to send this free to the winner. I hope you can understand that I'm just trying to be fair to myself as well!! :)
