The Cig Egret : Each year, over 300,000 Cig Egrets migrate to the coastline through inland storm drains. Once established , they nest in beaches, estuaries and marshes, where they will never fully biodegrade.

CA Coastal Cleanup Day takes place on the 3rd Saturday in September every year and this was 1 of several clever postcards several years ago to make the public aware of what our trash is doing to the environment.

Cig egrets is the #1 item that I picked up most every year.

This card can be collected, sent out to a friend or scanned and sent to many people to get the word out!

If you are an eco nut like me than you will appreciate the message behind these cards!
