The shirt is black in color with an ironed on design that features Tinker Bell with one foot raised. The shirt says “Fairy Glam” on it and has twinkling silver, bright pink, and green stars. There is a shiny silver braid border along the bottom of the shirt, along the bottom of the sleeves, and around the neckline.

The inside of the shirt states Disney Fairies, Copyright Disney, Size L. The shirt itself (inside) is tagless.
