There no pattern pieces as clear instructions given how to draft the dress .You will need a ruler in cm for that as unfortunately I did it in cm.Shirring instructions included. The dress has 2 options: one with and one without waist ties and ruffle.

Well how old is the baby/ child ? In fact like I mentioned I did a draft without the shirring it looks big with the shirring it shrimps to this size and it really looks cute for the summer.

Hi not much adjustment needed as bodice is shirred and can stretch but need slightly longer bodice and skirt part need.
to fit it on a year old to be able to get a perfect fit. need some time and will be back to you.
