If you are charging exact shipping then why does it say free shipping? That is the reason I bid on it because it says free shipping.

You didn't read the entire description. I said i don't ship internationally so if someone bids that lives in another country then THEY will have to pay the exact shipping if they want the item since I clearly stated that I DON'T ship international

Many times people don't bother to take the time to read an auction before they bid on it. So if someone who lives in say, China for example, bids on my auction without reading it then they will not get their item because I clearly stated that I DON'T ship international. Unless they want to pay the entire shipping cost. It's very easy to take one minute to read an auction and the rules that are listed but most people don't.
