" The Radial Turtle takes up residence along California waterways, playing host to mosquitoes, and other pests. Each year, on Cleanup Day, about 1,000 of these ugly creatures are rounded up."

This is a collectible post card for California Coastal Cleanup Day to open our eyes to what our trash does when we do not dispose of it properly.

They were all upset anyone would do that to a turtle, so I explained the reason and then they were angry. Five of my grandkids live with me and have been taught from a very early age ~NO LITTERING!~ they will point litter out if I miss it!! Awww thank you so much, I am also blessed to have them. Ages that live with me are 6 years to 15 years. Never boring around here!! LOL

I know it is and that is why we have to to be reminded that our actions have consequences. Making sure our trash gets recycled and reused or at least put in the right place makes a huge difference to our planet and to the animals that live there.
