The listing, Service Records of WWII of Emerson and Hastings, IA has ended.

This book was compiled July of 1948 and sponsored by the Levi Burton Unit no. 575 American Legion Auxiliary. I found this book in the attic of our house. My grandmother originated from Emerson, IA which is how it originated into my hands.

what is even cooler is that we found a WWII scrap book of all the newspaper articles and memorabilia...that was given to the historical society here in town..real cool stuff though!

We are still going through the attic and the basement, if I find more I sure will...I have no use for it at my home, someone else needs to enjoy this stuff.
