well, I tried to get a high quality pic you can zoom into without getting blur. I went from 315KB to a 3M pic and well, I dont see much of a difference. Sheesh.

I am sorry that I did not reply before the auction finished. I was sleeping :P. Decoupage is where you affix fabric, paper, and other findings to a surface with glue and then you coat it with decoupage glue. The glue dries and hardens creatting a glossy or matte "lacquer" type finish. In this piece, I just used clippings from magazines and the like.
