This set was actually an engagement gift from a friend. It was gifted for me to wear at the wedding, but I ended up wearing my husband's antique set from his great grandmother.

Honestly, I'm not sure. I tried to measure it, but I don't have a cloth measure. I can tell you that I have a thicker neck, and it fits just fine.
