If by DVD sleeve, you mean the case - yes. All original case, artwork, etc. and yes, Paypal is accepted as well.

Sorry, I made a mistake, Erica... no it doesn't have that. But it does have the case artwork that is under the plastic case covering. But no, the cardboard sleeve is missing. :( -- I will mail the winning bidder the item 1-2 days after shipping costs have been received.
