Will include a couple CDs and DVDs but will not list which ones. This will only be included if winning bid is over 2k. Must send reminder prior to shipment for this to be included if you want it (you pay shipping)*

Over 5k will include DVD player that needs some work and a box of VHS tapes. Will also include cd holder if over 5k. Must send reminder prior to shipment for this to be included if you want it (you pay shipping)*

Listia terms

Buyer pays shipping & postal tracking fee. Will login periodically to check comments as best as possible. I will visit the post office the Monday after winning bid, please be sure I have your shipping information before then.

No returns for "accidental" bids. No credit refunds. No changes will be made to auction. I'm not willing to travel for pickups, you will need to be available between 7-9pm Wednesday through Friday in West Des Moines to pickup items.

this is a nice item, at first I thought it was a stereo/turntable,. wow nice item/auction.
I don't know what all the complaining is about, shipping isn't cheap, you are getting an item basically for free, you are not dispensing cash for the purchase of this item.
when I order product from pennsylvania and I see the shipping cost and I'M in ohio about 6 to 8 hours from the place and its high, and a tracking number is not free either. You know guys, since the price of fuel has gone up, shipping has gone up quite a bit. nice auction good luck. Tim

Thank you, Tim for the comment and fanning. I'm posting a lot of stuff, so hopefully you find something you're interested in. Although none of my auctions offer free shipping unless the bidding goes over 100k, I understand why people are being finicky. I originally was going to do a real auction, Craigslist or eBay for all this stuff but am trying to just get rid of my extra bulk - hopefully someone can benefit from these things without making the process too hard.

Lol! Nice. I've been on here since it started but took a year or so off and it never stops surprising me how many new acronyms pop up.

My little brother has been deployed now for over 5 years on and off. His home has been pilfered, so he's left it up to me to pack his things and keep what's worth while and try to sell the rest. So I'm also getting rid of my things to make room in my home for both of our things.

It would be laughable highway robbery for me to give this away and have to pay to ship it to you at those prices. The only way I could justify it is at the high winning of 100k+ credits. At that point I'll pay shipping for your items (which is equivalent to any of the rewards auctions). Sorry this isn't the auction for you but I have plenty of other auctions going and more to come that might suit you, although all the big items will be too expensive shipping wise. Best o luck.

Lots of stores incur costs on your behalf for items that are big. I've shipped clothes that cost more than $40 in a box smaller than what it will take to ship just this stereo. If it ends up less than expected or if I can ship it for less, I will pass that on to you. You can wait until I find out how much it costs exactly to pay for shipping. I can guarantee you though, it will be more than the $25 you've implied. As I've mentioned before, you will pay the exact shipping cost + tracking. Tracking is non-negotiable as it is the only way I can prove you've received the package against possible dispute. I will charge you no more and no less. I will also not go out of my way to go to UPS or Fedex to try to price shipping for this. I live relatively close to a shipping place and will use that but I will not visit prior to that to figure out exact costs for each potential buyer. I think the range based off potential buyers and winnings is fair. I will do my best to help the winner after the auction is finished.

If you would like to not have insurance, I will not make the buyer pay for it. I do not know the exact price. It is dependent on if you want the extras, where you live and what all is won. I have a few options prepared for bonuses which you have indicated you may not even want if you do win, which is also fine. I will not be visiting the post office until after this ends so I will not know the exact price for your location until then. The range will insure you know you wont be charged more than I posted. I would assume you will be closer to $36.85 if you do not want anything other than the stereo.

I will send receipt picture upon request. It will be exact charges I pay. I'm not visiting post office for each zip code. I gave ranges based off min. And max charges possible. These are based on weight, location and dimensions. This is a very big item and heavy. It will cost more than $25 to ship. I'm not here to rip people off but I'm not paying the difference for mis-quoting either. It will be shipped USPS.

You have the dimensions. Everything is over 30lbs. You will not pay over $70 (that includes insurance etc) domestic and no less than $30. Depending on what you win and where you live. International IMO would not be worth it to ship, but that could be up to $140 but no more.

OVER 150k I will pay shipping. I'm shipping via USPS. I will send a picture of the receipt. You will pay EXACT shipping, tracking and insurance.

Shipping will depend on if you win bonus items. I will be shipping these USPS with signature tracking and insurance. The actual player itself originally cost $150 but that was quite a while ago. Everything still works. As the auction says if it goes over 150k I'll pay shipping.

- Insurance $10
- Tracking with Signature $2.70
- $100 of insurance is included in Priority Mail Express service.

I've sent boxes similar size, but you will pay exact shipping depending on what you win. You can expect prices to range the following and no higher than the highest price listed (the following does not include tracking and insurance unless you want it priority ex. mail and you would pay extra for priority express):

- $36.85-64.95 Domestic Priority Mail
- $33.30 (I'll pay the difference for military APO shipping overseas) when used to send to APO/FPO addresses
- $83.95 International Priority Mail to Canada and Mexico
- $97.95-$125.95 to all other countries (20 lb weight limit applies for International so may take more than one box).

This is too big for flat rate shipping and will obviously be based off weight and dimensions. So you'll have to let me know if you don't want the bonus items.

GIN goes away when bidding reaches 50% of GIN price. I originally didn't have a GIN set, I did this after three requests for it and no one used it so I will not be doing that again.

What are you confused about?

I'm shipping with a tracking code that requires a signature (so that I can confirm you have received it). Insurance (because this is worth more than I'm willing to pay to replace if you say you never received it). And the shipping is dependent on whether it is foreign or domestic and if you bid enough to win the bonus items (if you want them).
