BRAND NEW ITEM GOES WITH BOX AND INSTRUCTION LIKE YOU SEE IN THE PIC.

Based on the Instruction Manual, it is used for setting time, timer, alarm, snooze, natural sounds (such as ocean waves, mountain brook, summer night, woodland rain), and power button. It has a volume control, headphone jack, and dc jack as shown in the picture. It uses AAA battery or AC/DC Adapter with 4.5VDC and 200mA current. This original alarm clock doesn't come with battery or accessories. It just comes with the Manual Operating Instructions.

when you say it doesnt come with accessories, what accessories are you talking about? Do you need cd;s or something for the "Natural Sounds"?

I meant the headphone or AC/DC charger. You don't need CD or anything for the "Natural Sounds". You just need the AAA battery to put in to turn it on, very easy.
