Do you do size exchanges if something doesn't fit?

My USA size is a 12/14 which for this says 2x but, my measurements put me at a 5x.

Which do you think I should I get (if I win an auction)?

The sizing chart is accurate. These do run on the small side, if it puts you at a 5X, then that is what should be ordered.
I can do an exchange in the rare case an item does not fit.
