So, I am waiting for response from support again. Do you know what happens now? It's a bummer since I had a lot of people bidding on it & it's so unfair to them. Well, other than that- things are going great with all the nice people that have become my fans & I'm so happy to be a part of being on listia!!! :-) It's led to me meeting you, Sweet Red, Jess, & many more GREAT WOMEN on here!!! So, thank you so much!!! ;-)
So the person that won the auction wrote you with that response? & did you already write back to listia support with that? In I believe 3 days from the auctions end, the person that won is going to be able to file a dispute which means they can try to get their credits back which in your case is totally in your favor.. which you can respond to with denying them getting their credits back them listia will take over with who's right & who's wrong.. Just because they change their mind doesn't mean they should get their credits back because someone else that was bidding really wanted it.. It's a hassle to you & that's why people shouldn't bid if they really don't want it..

Good! I would write a email to the person that won through the auction they won stating that you don't do remorse refunds of credits just because they changed their mind & you have every right by listia rules to keep their credits
It's not ok for someone to change their mind.. It's like a contract in a way say I redo your bathroom in your house takes me 3 days & at the end you change your mind do you think your going to get your money back? LoL! Sorry best example I could come up with..
Everything you say to them can be seen by listia so I would def throw it out there so the buyer has a chance to understand they won't be getting their credits back for "changing of mind".. I would go ahead & send it now
Just remember (I know your as sweet as can be) & I'm not trying to say anything bad about you but just be as sweet as you can when you tell that person I don't want you to get a negative feedback by any means
That's exactly what I was thinking is how will it be good news to them no matter how nice I am- no one likes when things don't go their way. Can you tell me what you would say so I don't get neg feedback please? You have way more experience and I trust you know how to handle this better. ;-)
Start off with something along the lines of i appreciate you bidding on my auction but I hate to be the bearer of bad news, since you don't want the (item) that you won, due to just not wanting it. I do not do buyers remorse just for not wanting it.. You are more then welcome to open a dispute that Listia will make the final ruling if you get your credits back due to the breaking their rules.. That's just a guide line for you to write from
Anytime! I'm just sorry that one of your first few auctions had to be this kind of experience! It's not what listia's about! I had some where I was on the other side when I first started but we all push through them & continue on, having fun! Just make sure after everything is said & done, you block that person

It's easy when you are so kind to me!! I'm glad they are looking into why there's no verified address & she changed her mind. It can leave me negative feedback? I sent email after auction right away & was ready to mail today. I really hope it doesn't end up unfair. ;-( So, I don't block user still, right? Maybe it's like eBay & they won't allow neg feedback when the buyer broke the rules not the seller? Hmm. We shall see ;-)
She may get banned for breaking the rules like she did & may not have a chance to leave feedback.. You can block her, i would honestly but all contact will be cut off between you two if you do block her & therefore she won't be able to leave feedback if she has the chance!

To put in a support ticket you don't have to wait but for them to respond they do have 7 days from the time of auctions end but normally someone that wins & has nothing to hide, answers right after the auction ends.. Your just the sweetest! Thank you & remember anytime you need me, I'm here :)
I parted with it to get something beautiful for my mom.. I would def put in a support ticket either tonight or tomorrow def, for it because they're serious about not shipping to people who don't have a verified address or being verified, more then likely their address isn't either

I had an issue on one of my auctions & thank goodness I could work out with the buyer for the issue.. I waited till the next day but that's pretty serious not to be verified
Okay, just checking to make sure. Thank you for the advice!! I have read up on some, but wasn't expecting someone joining yesterday to win w/ over 1,500 credits. Then again it's possible & thought putting to make sure your address is verified would help.
To summit a support ticket the best way to do it is to be on a laptop or desk top or in your Internet browser.. At the bottom it says contact us click that it'll give you a list of things the last choice is what you choose then fill in the form from there :)
