The listing, 6' Dead Soft, 20 ga Sterling Filled Wire!(Make 4 Rings With MANDREL for GIN! and Wire To Spare!) has ended.
HEY GUYS!
I AMM NOT SURE HOW MANY MORE (IF ANY) I CAN LIST OF THESE KITS SO BID! lol
This auction is for 6' of (80/20) (Sterling Filled Actually) wire!
"Sterling Filled" is an "OXYMORON" or a name that is opposite of what it really is!
Silver Filled (or gold filled) is 80% sterling silver wire with a 20% base metal core in the center. It is made with the copper (or sometimes white brass) core center to give it strength and firmness when work hardened.
I offer this SF for this ring project because even Sterling Silver is VERY SOFT and does not form the strongest and most stable ring bases. (without the base core)
It is dead soft, and A Beautiful, soft silver color- see photo.
Free Shipping! GIN or Not!
BUT... (This is Great!)
My GIN OFFER is for...(second photo)

AND a Ring Mandrel (New, but I have to take it out of the package to ship)
AND...
I am a Jewelry Instructor, and I will send, with the GIN offer- Instructions with diagrams showing HOW TO (easily) MAKE THE RINGS! (third photo is a sample of the ring )

The sample ring can also be listed, if you like, here on Listia!
Notes:
#1. ALL SILVER TARNISHES & NEEDS TIO BE CLEANED!
#2..925 sterling silver was created to give VERY SOFT PURE (CALLED "FINE") SILVER SOME STRENGTH! IT IS .75% A BASE METAL (Usually a white brass base metal that does not show thru the silver)
#3. DON"T BE FOOLED!
"ELECTROPLATED" jewelry is a VERY THIN plating and wears off easily!
#4. Keep tarnish off real silver and gold beads (or even plated) and your jewelry by storing it in with a broken piece of plain white chalk, in an airtight zip bag! (no fooling)
