not sure how this works, but the cover is rubber and removable and can be put on another lighter. when you leave it in the sun it glows in the dark.

really works, like to sleep in the dark. my boyfriend wakes me up when steps outside to smoke. so, being funny I bought glow in the dark ashtrays and glow in the dark lighters. the only thing is you have to sit the cover outside in the sun to get it to glow.
