this is a phone that has cingular written on the phone but it will work with att. it is unlocked so all u have to do is put your sim card in and it will work. this phone comes with: house charger, battery, battery door, and the phone. condition: used. the only thing that is wrong with it is that the attanae(the piece that is on top of the phone) is chewed a little. but it doesnt make the phone not work. it DOES work i promise. please feel free to ask any questions.
