im sorry but I've had this issue before and this is no different than the wiccans selling spells and lists for candles or herbs. Listia staff have also commented before and said I am fine.

I've been doing this a couple months now and I am well within the rules of listia. this is not a service and as long as i deliver the promised item, which is the reading, I'm doing nothing wrong.
