Do not know the artist for sure, but is from Indiana I do believe.

This is a beautiful pastel oil, much similar to the Impressionist Monet. Lovely to look at. Seems to match any room, and measures 3ft w x 2ft L.

I just updated the ad, and yes it is 2ft long x 3ft wide and I haven't received my digital scales yet from stamps.com by is very light weight, under a pound I would bet. but don't quote me on that. I will put it in the classified asap when I find out. ty vm for responding.
