Its really pretty, one more question..Is it heavy? My dog is special needs. I think this would be pretty with one of her Christmas dresses.

Not that heavy like I said she was very small so I needed to make sure her items were not to heavy since she would wear it for hours.

No not a problem it is 12 inches but you can adjust it up to 8 inches
