YES it is in good working condition but the holder is a little scratched but it closes and opens fine.

Thanks. Set includes a handle that all the tools go into as follows: 2 phillips screw drivers, 2 reg small and larger,a hammer cresc. wrench,9/16--5/32 wrench an a small bunch of diff size wrench. Hope this helps. Not for big jobs but helpful for small jobs.
