They have their own website if you google "firefly" cell phones that explain it better than I could! It's cheap! Great way to keep tabs on smaller children, without giving them an adult phone! I know some companies (Verizon is the one I was going to go through) accept these types of phones. But I would check out online because I'm not too well versed in all the options :)
