You click on the auction you have won,,, and it goes to a page that says now what.. click on send it, it will show your lista verified address, click the circle beside your address, it will send the address to the seller and then they can send you your item.. if this dosent help go to the bottom of the page and click on support and write them a ticket they will get back to you,, heathersmom
