What have we here?! This oblong yellow tomato really does look like a stuffed sausage -- but the flavor is rich, tangy, sweet, and pure tomato! An heirloom variety that ripens all at once on easy-to-grow, no-stake bush plants, Cream Sausage is the Roma (paste) tomato you've been looking for.

These charming little fruits are about 3 inches long, with a pointed end and nicely full, firm flesh of creamy ivory. They arise very heavily on compact plants, ripening from green to a pale shade of golden-orange. What a different look for pasta sauce, salsa, and sandwiches!
