You can check out the website directly to the maker of the camera. That was how I figured most of it out. There are also pictures on the camera where the dial is on the back that tells you pretty much what to do as well. It is an easy camera to operate.

On this one I will use the priority flat rate and if you send me your zip code I can type it in or you can go to usps.com and type in your zipcode for the small box and it will give you a rate. I can say it is coming from 89523.

shoot, I already got it packaged up, but I think it is a regular memory card that most cameras take, however, you can go to olympus website and type in the information that I posted for this camera and they will tell you too.
