I am auctioning my recipe for Tamale Meatloaf, or you can make this into meatballs, your choice. I've done both, and my family loves either one. This is a delicious recipe, and if you have the cravings for something new, different from your typical meatloaf or spaghetti and meatballs dinner, this is what you've been looking for. You can see it for yourself in my pictures! This is even more delicious the next day, just add enchilada sauce and cheese on top (see the last picture) and microwave till hot and cheese melts, and dinner's ready!!! YUUUUMMMM!!

This looks delicious!!! My kids and I love tamales and we Love meatloaf!!:) I like that you used pictures as you made it. I think thats what makes alot of people leary of recipes to is most use stock pics. B&W

You're right about that, that is why I use my own pictures when I make my recipes, and I have planned to put up more of my recipes with my pictures, but sometimes I forget to take the pictures BEFORE I serve or cut into it, lol, which is why it is taking me longer to post them :D oh I'm sure you and your kids will love this, my family keeps telling me how much the love it, and they always say it's better each time I make it, lol. Yes, my family also loves tamales and meatloaf, so this is perfect! Thanks for your support, boy, your hands must've been tired after all the watching, lol! I will go back to your auctions and return the favor, and watch ALL of them too :D
