Yes and yes I bought the pieces packaged from one of my jewelry suppliers. As for smoking I personally do not smoke, but I do have friends over quite often and all of them do smoke. But I take the good with the bad. If I can figure out how to post a photo on the item here I would show the size of the beads. So I am working on that.
