The listing, **COLLECTABLE **Prescription For Medical Liquor 1932 has ended.

A Historical "Prescription Form For Medical Liquor" This is one of a very Few Left over the Years, Lots of Names and Dates Listed on it and This Had to be in any Doctor that Prescribed Alcohol to anyone !! We were under Prohibition at that time :) This is in Great Condition and a Big Part of our History !!!!! Was issued from the National Prohibition Office and the U.S. Treasury Office !!!! You Have to See it to Believe it !!!!! This Certificate was issued to a Doctor that lived on Madison street in Chicago Illinois... A Piece of History Never to be seen again !!
