Can you list the real picture on here for all of us to see. I am assuming this is used? Does it have any scratches? I would like more detail on the condtion of this product.

Please send me your e-mail and I will send you the pictures of the iPod and condition. The condition is great. The only marks I can see on it is on the back where the strap from a holder was, there are three lines. I will take it outside and take more pics of it right now. The ones I have are dark and can't see much detail, So, send me your e-mail and I will send the pics to you.

Yes, I had Reno 911 on it. Keep in mind it is only 4gb. It will download one movie a time, I think.

It not expandable, no ipods or other idevices have expandible memory

As Angelwings pointed out my husband was in the hospital and I kept in contact with the person whom won the item in question and told them that. Lista was not my top priority at that time. So, you can ask any of the other people I've just sold to, they're items went out Friday.

well i read the feedback and her feedback shows what the reason was and that was because her husband was in the hospital, so i think that one negative feedback should not effect her...
