It's a potent bath salts, never been used, but there isn't a seal on the bottle, just the screw on lid. My MIL has the odd habit of winning or being gifted with tons of bath salts each year, she won this and a cold and sinus formula one in a raffle last year. She can't take baths, so she gives them to me. This stuff is strong, smells a lot like vapor rub, cept you put it in the tub. It works.
