No it does not come with a camera. But it is the best monitor I have ever used. It goes off if baby stops breathing or moves off the pad.

you said it is free shipping because up time say you pay exact shipping so as soon as baby moves off it it goes off? so up to what age do you use one my friends baby just passed away at 4months she is already trying to have another baby I really am worried about my daughter know then yesterday she choked and I had to call 911 on a gerber puff so I really want this I really don't care what cost or I will go buy one with all the parts and moniters I already have camras fanned you
