This vintage decoupage wooden purse with Holly Hobbie Scene and is in great condition for it's age! It does have some tearing on the corners but overall it's in great shape.It's Octagon shaped with wonderful scenes on all sides and the lid (which opens halfway), ball lock, 2 ball feet suppose to be 8 , a canvas/twill like lining with mirror that measures 4"W x 3"L, a butterscotch LUCITE handle, marked on the lower front next to umbrella but I CAN'T MAKE OUT WHAT IT IS. Has two metal hinges. Measures 9 1/4" in width, 5 3/4" in height (excluding the handle which is 4 1/2"),5 3/4" in depth. Is signed MADE FOR GUS MAYER on the lower right and PLAIN JANE PURSES on the lower left. The bottom reads MADE BY JANE WHITEHEAD.
