The frame is securely stitched via sewing machine...... These are not homemade but look it. No envelopes accompany card holders. It is suggested that if you send holders via snail mail that you protect them with cardboard in your choice of envelopes. They are not recommended for children under 3. The angel eyes can be peeled off and swallowed. Approximate measurements = 4x6".
