SHIPPING - I *almost* always offer free shipping if the shipping cost is minimal. However, I've kept my shipping receipts and wow! I have spent *ALOT* on shipping lately! So - for a bit - I have to ask for ya'll to pitch in a little. I'm still offering free shipping on some items, and if I DO ask for shipping cost I “guess-ti-mate” the cost and “split” it and most of the time I take the higher amount to pay. I try to keep your cost to a minimum – I like happy bidders!!! I only ship one day a week, and I will notify the winner what day that will be at auction end. If for some reason you need your item by a certain date, I will be happy to try to accommodate you! Exceptions can be made at my discretion. All sales are final! Happy bidding!

I accept Paypal or concealed cash only please! Payment is appreciated within 3 days – again exceptions can be made if you need to wait for payday. If the winner does not respond within 3 days or payment is not made as agreed upon item will be re-listed and I will keep your credits.

I stated the relist and keep the credits in one of my auctions and someone filed a dispute because they waited until after they won the auction to ask questions and listia still gave them their credits back.. so what is the trick to it?

It sounds like 2 different scenarios, I may be wrong - I'm stating that if the winner does not respond with shipping info and/or fails to pay shipping cost within 3 days unless discussed (and agree upon waiting until their next paydate or something) then they forfeit their credits and I'm going to re-list. I have someone right now that I'm dealing with on this very issue. So we'll see how it goes, I've never had to actually enforce this before. I believe both buyer and seller are to adhere to the terms stated in the auction. So my issue is more of a no response no pay and it sounds like you're talking about someone asking questions about the item itself and decided that they didn't want it - in that case I don't think they're credits should be refunded either but I'm not Listia :)
