Not sure bout flash player but it does play videos and games so I would think so and as for the corner to corner comment I am precise width is from side to side and height top to bottom sorry if you are offended but that comment about corner to corner was not necessary but thank you none the least

yes it works great and comes with charger, apps, apps downloader, android 4.0.3, etc... i used it till i got my laptop and i phone ....great for books games music videos etc.....
